How do we make up on all the lost time? I tell him, “My love, we’ll rediscover each-other in this lifetime.” We’ll take our time. We’ll build, and we’ll stare at our empire, hand in hand. Like once before, only stronger—only better. A tear falls, he sweetly smiles at her, hand caressing her cheek.

We’re home again.
